Refund Policy

At Avyayh, we take utmost care in preparing and delivering fresh, high-quality food products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we follow a strict refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund / Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement only under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong item
  • The item was damaged or tampered with during delivery
  • The food quality is significantly compromised (spoiled or unsafe to consume)

2. Timeframe to Report Issues

Issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this timeframe will not be accepted.

3. Proof Requirement

To process your request, you must provide clear photos or videos of the product along with your order details (Order ID, date, and contact number).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Taste preferences or personal dislike
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
  • Minor packaging issues that do not affect food quality

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. In some cases, store credit or a replacement may be offered instead.

6. Processing Time

Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after approval. It may take additional time depending on your payment provider.

7. Order Cancellation

Once the order is prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
