Cancellation policies for idli/dosa wet batter & coconut flakes generally allow cancellations before the order is processed. Because wet batter & coconut flakes is a perishable product with a short shelf life, returns are not permitted after delivery unless the product is spoiled or damaged.

Specific policies:

• You can cancel the order free of charge up to 2 hours after placing the order. If you cancel during the dispatch phase, a cancellation fee may apply.
• All sales are final once payment is completed, due to the rapid fermentation and spoilage of wet batter. Cancellations must be placed immediately (usually within 1–2 hours) by contacting customer support.
