At Avyayh, we prioritize hygiene, safety, and quality in all our food products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
1. No Return Policy
All sales are final. Once the order is delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or taken back.
2. Exceptions
While returns are not accepted, we may offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- You received a wrong item
- The item was damaged or tampered with during delivery
- The product is spoiled or unfit for consumption
3. Reporting an Issue
Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
You will be required to share:
- Photos or videos of the product
- Order details (Order ID, date, and contact number)
4. Resolution
After reviewing your request, we may offer:
- A replacement of the same item, or
- A refund to the original payment method, or
- Store credit (if applicable)
5. Non-Acceptable Requests
We do not accept return or replacement requests for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Taste preferences or personal dislike
- Delays caused by external delivery partners
- Incorrect address or unavailability at delivery location
